Put Down Your Pride! Forgiving and Releasing.

..."If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." John 8:7

This verse was quoted by Apostle John. A woman had committed an adultery, was about to sentence to death (Stone her to death).

"....4and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. 5In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?" 6They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him (Jesus)

. But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. 7When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."

I love the way Jesus said that, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."
People loves to judge and condemn one another, without thinking they are also in the "no rights"position to judge. Often people who judge never self-direct their own thoughts and actions.
People who always think so great of themselves never know that their words and thoughts were "polluted" and hurtful to others.

This message is to tell us to forgive and forget.


If we can bear with one another attitudes, there will be less BGR fallen out.


If we can tolerate, our colleagues/clients unreasonable requests there will be less people resign in a company.


If we can forgive that person who hurt us so much. we will not bring on the hurt and pain in our life for so many years.

If we can spend more time to understand our parents, we will not have communication breakdown and generation gaps.


Once there was a friend who told me this, "Is much easy to say "I love you" than to say "I am sorry".

I wondered why is it so hard for people to say "I am sorry"? but when situation comes, I finally got the answer.
Is our PRIDE!

Both of this sentences need not pay a single cent, but they are priceless. Sometimes ago, Pastor Simon told me this, "Pride is like a bad breathe!"
I laughed! As he further his explanation. I was totally amazed! "Pride was like a bad-habit, it stop one-self from talking and communicating with others, take for instance, when you stop opening your mouth to talk with someone for a day. Slowly, you will realise your mouth stink!"
I have try out, and it proved, what he said, "is valid".

Often people afraid of "malu" (Embarrassing) to say "I am sorry"
and many times they think "wah lao, not my fault leh, why must say sorry?"
Saying "sorry" not only to admit you are wrong, is also to resolve those hiccup between one another. If both of you, insisted you have no wrong... soon, you guys/gals will drift apart.

Many times I heard from my gal-friends say this "Idiotic leh! when he/she says sorry to me, he/she not sincere one!"
Haizzzz! how you want that person to react, to kneel before you to say "I am sorry". Is that what you mean by sincere? On the reverse side, will you do it much sincerely?
Come on! is not easy to say "I am sorry!" when that so and so think they are not in the wrong. but at least, they pick up the courage to say "I am sorry". So PLEASE keep your mouth shut! and accept his/her apology, appreciate it and tell him/her you are sorry too. if after you saying "I am sorry", that fella turn round to push the blame on you, just tell him/her, in a nice manner, "I am sorry! please don't start it all over again." I believe he/she will spare you that.

Well... reslove your problem today by saying "I AM SORRY". (even as it is not you fault) and after that, give yourself a pat on your shoulder, cos' you deserve it! =)
