Master of Chocolate Making

I have been searching high and low how to melt the chocolate and make it to a mold, cause I really have no clue should I add water or should just boil it like that... so.. thanks God for Jas, my spiritual mom she has been very patience guiding me through msn. Is really nice of her.... without her, all my chocolate is chao ta (burnt) leow.
