Kindness

I have been rather dramatic this few weeks. I begin to ask a lot funny questions. Perhaps, I have been stucking myself in Yahoo answer for too long. I kept having questions like...
Act of kindness or Acting to be kind ?
Act of random kindness or Act of kindness with no string of attach?
What's the difference? I have been quite bother by this, should I say I am seriously confused by the meaning.

So I have gotten a quite postive/simple answers or should I say conclusion.
  • Act of kindness - Action carry out to be kind. Etc: I assisting a old lady to cross a busy road.
  • Acting to be kind - No willing to be nice or kind, just acting to be nice/kind to other party with motive.
  • Act of random kindness - Be kind on certain thing or people, depend of situation and capability.
  • Act of kindness with no string of attach - To be kind to someone never ask for repay or reward.

So are we human really kind in nature or because God 1st show His kindness to us, that why we are kind? Does it mean we show kindness with motive?
